At Philips Domestic Appliances, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your home appliance, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Appliance

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
